CANCELLATION, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, AND RESCHEDULING 
POLICIES

As a mom of 4, I completely understand that life happens, and there may be times when you need to reschedule an appointment. However, my income depends on my guests showing up for their scheduled appointments. Finding last-minute replacements for canceled slots can be difficult, so I kindly ask that you make every effort to keep your appointment whenever possible.

My cancellation policies are in line with most salons and service providers:

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a rebooking fee of 50% of your missed appointment will be required before scheduling your next appointment.

No Show Policy:

If you miss your appointment entirely, the rebooking fee will be 100% of the cost of the missed appointment, and must be paid before rebooking.

Please note: These fees do not go toward your next appointment—they are strictly to cover the lost time and income from the missed session.

To help avoid any issues, I use Square for booking, which sends automatic appointment reminders!

Lastly, please know that enforcing these policies is never personal. I truly appreciate all of my clients, but these policies protect my business so I can continue doing what I love. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
